£15.45 per hour + overtime rate of £17.08 per hour
Any 5 nights from 6 (Sunday - Friday nights) 8:30 pm to 5:00 am Full-Time | Permanent

Pilgrim Foodservice is hiring Warehouse Operatives to join our busy night warehouse team in Boston.

This is a physically active, fast-paced role picking food orders ready for next-day delivery to pubs, restaurants, schools, care homes and hospitality customers across the UK.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Picking customer food orders accurately
• Loading delivery vehicles ready for dispatch
• Handling chilled, ambient and frozen products
• Using pallet trucks and warehouse equipment
• Working safely and following warehouse procedures
• Working as part of a reliable night shift team

This is an active role involving regular lifting and being on your feet throughout the shift.

Shift Pattern

• Any 5 days from 6 (Sunday - Friday) - 8:30 pm - 5:00 am

What We’re Looking For

• Warehouse, factory or production experience preferred
• Good attendance and timekeeping
• Comfortable with physical work and lifting
• Able to work at pace and follow instructions
• Basic English and numeracy
• Right to work in the UK

Advantageous but not essential

• PPT / Counterbalance / Reach Truck licences
• RF scanner or WMS experience
• Food warehouse experience
