Warehouse Nights Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Warehouse Nights Manager to lead our busy night operation, driving performance, efficiency and high standards across the team.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading and developing Team Leaders and warehouse teams.
• Ensuring accurate picking, loading and on-time despatch.
• Driving productivity, accountability and continuous improvement.
• Managing labour costs, resources and operational performance.
• Championing Health & Safety, food safety and operational standards.
• Working closely with Transport and other departments to deliver excellent customer service.

What we're looking for:

A confident, visible and proactive leader with strong warehouse management experience, excellent people skills and a hands-on approach. Someone who takes ownership, makes decisions and leads by example.
